1. Call to order.
2. Minutes of meeting of September, 2016 will be approved (sent out by Shelley, last year)
3. Treasurer’s report and any dues in the arrears.
4. Old business:
   1. Payouts in the last year

10/03/2016	Paid $72.57 to Gary miller for mail box security light
10/14/2016	Paid $300 to Jacob Lorenz for 6 hrs. road maintenance
	from 11/25/15- 9/30/16. Maintained pot holes in the road, and
	removed fallen trees and debris from roadway.
10/29/2016	paid $32.36 to Jim Johansen, for repair of water leak in the P.O. boxes,
	and 2 thumb drives for office supply.
06/02/2017	Paid $1040 to David Glass for 4 loads of gravel
07/11/2017	Paid $1000 to Bretthauer Road Oil Company for oiling the road

1. The project for repairs of our bridge abutments by BPA has been put on hold, yet again.
2. Leora took over the records in October, 2016 (THANK YOU, SHELLEY for so many years as Treasurer!).
1. New Business:
   1. Welcome new neighbors (if present!)
   2. FYI (no discussion needed). Missing dues from 12 members for 2017 (9/2/2016-9/1/2017) (not past due until 9/2/2017!). We currently have $250.00 in arrears for 2016-2014. Total in arrears $1450.00 (Current as of 8/14/17). Our 2018 (9/2/2017-9/1/2018) dues are due starting 9/2/2017. Remember that we need a substantial balance for any sort of emergency repair (current balance is $10.462.05).
   3. Bridge and Road Maintenance.
   4. Update on Glenwood email list trial from years ago/explanation of moderated email list (with no disclosure of email addresses) usage, including saving the GHOA some money.
   5. Email addresses for emailing agenda/minutes/account info rather than using US Mail (may need by-laws change), only if a person prefers it?
   6. Officer elections: The President position (3 year term) is up for election.
   7. Open forum. Good of the order.
