• #1. Meeting calls to order.
• #2. Minutes of meeting of Oct. 3rd, 2015 will be read.
• #3. Treasure’s report and any dues in the arrears.
• #4. Old business:

The maintenance of glenwood lane and bridge. We oiled the road($900.00) and we ordered 4 loads of rock( $880.00). Road maintenance by Jacob Lorenz we paid $300.00. We bought lumber and cement for the back stop, made to keep the rock in place ( $256.09), office supplies. ($110.54), weed and brush control ($24.97) and repair to P.O. boxes(water leaks)($12.37).

The project for repairs of our bridge abutments by BPA has been put on hold again.

#5. New Business:

1. A majority of members have pd their dues for 2016. We currently have $300.00 in arrears for 2016, $150.00 in arrears for 2014 -15. Total in arrears $450.00 (updated all info on 10/29 ) Our 2017 dues are now due.
2. Bridge repair.
3. Oiling road and rock.
4. Officer elections. Sec/Treas. 3 year term.
5. Open forum. Good of the order.
