GLENWOOD HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION

Minutes, September 25, 2010

Meeting was held at the Bytwork’s.

Members in attendance: Leora Gregory, Shelley Johansen, Doug Johnson, Don Kendall, Gary Miller,

Mike Smith, Sheila and Ed Willis, Jeff Zimmerman and Jeanna VanDyke.

Officers in attendance : Mike Smith, President; Jeanna VanDyke, VicePresident;

Vi Bytwork, Secretary-Treasurer.

I President called the meeting to order at 10:05 am

II Minutes of September 2009 were read and approved .

III Treasurer’s report was read and approved. Account balance at of Sept.25th was

$6849.38. 2009-10 Membership dues in arrears total $1275.00.

IV Old Business :

1. New signs have been put up on Glenwood Lane thanks to Gary Miller

and Jim Johansen.

1. Gate system presented at last years meeting was discussed and most

Present were not in favor at this time.

1. In regards to bridge abutment. BPA initially said they were going to make

the repairs a part of another project and be able to fund it. But recently

they said because of the economy, they wouldn’t be able to fund it at this

time. Jim Johansen will keep in contact with BPA in regards to the repairs

needed. Anyone interested in more information contact Jim Johansen.

V NEW BUSINESS :

1. Don Kendall suggested a revised map with owner’s names be sent out to all

homeowners.

1. Jeanna VanDyke talked to Frontier ( Verizon ) in regards to high speed internet

availability in our area. They told her it would be available in 4-5 months.

1. Election of President: Terry Bytwork nominated Jim Johansen. Leora

Gregory 2nd the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
